How long does the heat last?
On a full charge, you can enjoy up to 9-10 hours of warmth on the Low setting, 6-7 hours of warmth on medium and approximately 4-5 hours on High.
Is it safe for my dog?
Absolutely. The heating element is safely insulated within the ergonomic handle. No heat is transferred to the leash itself or your dog’s collar.
How do I charge it?
The Port: Locate the USB-C charging port on the side of the handle.
The Power: Use the included cable to plug into any standard USB wall charger.
The Time: A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.
Phone Charging: To use the Power Bank feature, simply plug your phone’s charging cable into the handle. Note: Using the power bank will reduce the total heating time.

There are three adjustable heat levels — Low, Medium, and High — so you can find your perfect comfort level depending on the weather.

If you are heading out for an expedition in extreme cold, ensure you start with a 100% charge to get the full 2–3 hours of maximum heat."
