How to Use Your Heated Leash
Safety & Our Quality Guarantee

Safety & Our Quality Guarantee

Built for the Elements
The Warm Walks Leash is designed for real-world winter conditions. The handle is weather-resistant (IPX4 rated), meaning it can handle snow, sleet, and light rain without a hitch. The internal heating elements are encased in heat-resistant housing to ensure the handle stays warm for you, but never gets too hot for the device itself.

Your Dog’s Safety is Our Priority
We use a high-tensile, reinforced nylon leash that is separate from the electronic housing. Even in the unlikely event of a battery failure, the physical integrity of the leash remains 100% secure. The heating element is strictly located in the handle grip—no heat ever reaches the leash or your dog.

The Warm Walks 1-Year Warranty
We believe in the quality of our gear. Every leash is backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty. If the heating element, or internal battery fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it—no questions asked.

30 Day Returns- If the leash isn't the right fit for you or your dog, return it within 30 days for a refund. Items must be returned in good condition with the box and charger cable. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

Smart Power Management.

  • "Powered by One Core": One battery powers your hand warmer, your flashlight, and even your phone.
  • "Modular Design": "We designed the Warm Walks handle with a built-in expansion port. Want light? Plug it in. Need a phone charge? Swap it out. It’s the only leash that adapts to your walk in real-time."
Our core value is a multi-purpose leash that warms hands and charges phones. It’s for the "prepared" dog owner.

Installation: Simply plug the LED attachment directly into the USB-C port on the handle. The precision fit ensures it stays secure even during active walks.
Instant Power: The light draws power directly from the leash’s high-capacity battery—no extra batteries or separate charging required.
One-Touch Control: Once plugged in, use the button on the light to turn on the 210 Lumens LED which is between a focused path-finder beam and a wide safety floodlight. Press again to turn off the light.

Hot-Swappable: Coming back from a daytime walk? Just unplug the light and pop it in your pocket to return to a sleek, lightweight handle.
"Will it fall out if my dog jerks the leash?"

The Solution: the connection is a "Reinforced USB-C Fit" or a "Security Friction Fit."

Best of Both Worlds:

Weightless Comfort:" Built-in lights add permanent weight and bulk. With our modular design, you only carry the extra weight when the sun goes down.

"Replaceable, Not Disposable:" On other leashes, if the light breaks, the whole leash is ruined. With Warm Walks, you can easily swap or upgrade your light attachment anytime.

"Double the Utility:" Use the light on the leash for walks, or pop it off to use as a handheld flashlight when searching for your keys!

Pro Tip: Remove the light during daytime walks to keep your leash lightweight and ergonomic! Do Not look directly into the light source when light is turned on. It is normal for the head of the flashlight to heat up when it is lit. Do Not shake or move light attachment when it is plugged into the charging port to prevent damage to charging interface. The flashlight is NOT water proof-guard against flooding
